I’m Lon Lomba, an artist based in Oakland, California. My work is shaped by a life lived in motion—years spent hitchhiking from coast to coast, collecting stories, faces, and the quiet strangeness of the in-between places. Those journeys gave me a lens colored by Daoist stillness, absurdist humor, and a surrealist’s curiosity.
